Our HISTORY
Arthur Edwards, Inc. was established in 2002 by Edward and Lisa Frank. Since then, our company has been a steadfast presence in the Community Association industry for over two decades.
Founded by Ed Frank, who serves as the Owner and CEO, Arthur Edwards, Inc. has been a testament to passion and expertise in Community Association Management. Ed brings an impressive background, with over 40 years of experience in the industry, making him a true luminary in the field.

Edward S. Frank, CMCA
Ed Frank, President/CEO, has over 40 years of experience managing community associations throughout New Jersey and New York. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, he has successfully managed more than $1 billion dollars of real estate with an excess of $900 million in revenues. Mr. Frank is a member of Community Association Institute (CAI).
Mr. Frank has served on numerous CAI committees and task forces, assisting the New Jersey Chapter in providing continuing education to its members and related professionals. A frequent guest speaker for CAI and Habitat Magazine-sponsored events, he is often called upon to share his extensive management experience at presentations for condominium, cooperative, townhouse, homeowner and PUD Associations.
