We are pleased to provide a FREE Auto Payment Debit Program if you would like to have your monthly maintenance fees electronically transferred to the Association’s Bank.

Many owners in our portfolio of Associations throughout NJ and NY enjoy this service which ensures safe and timely delivery of your monthly maintenance fees rather than relying on the US Postal Service and incurring postage fees each month.
Please note, the entire amount due will be deducted from your account.
The form must be submitted by noon of the last business day of the month BEFORE you wish to begin this service.
IMPORTANT: In order for the auto-debit to become effective, you must EMAIL (info@arthuredwardsinc.com) or FAX (201-722-9601) a copy of a BLANK CHECK with the word “VOID” written across it.
